We ship our videos WORLDWIDE
PAL - we recognize which countries require PAL format - no extra charge for PAL.
Videos are discreetly packaged - unmarked tape/cd (no labels) - business return address label
As of March 1, 2003, many of our newest releases will be available in 4 different formats: you will recognize these because they will will have the DVD or VHS ordering buttons available.
VHS video tape (NTSC or PAL - no need to specify format when ordering)
DVD -r (make sure you are able to play this format!!)
CDRom for playing on your computer
DOWNLOAD version - save the file directly to your hard drive
Prices reflected on the order pages are in US dollars.
WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL, MONEY ORDER, CHECK OR CASH - US CURRENCY ONLY!
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on any order unless error on our part.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt unless notification on the sites states otherwise (ie: vacation, etc.)
U.S. items are packaged in a padded envelope. All items are shipped via 1st Class Mail.
EUROPE/PACIFIC RIM items are sent in a padded envelope with the required customs form attached stating that the contents are a product sample with $0 VALUE. ALWAYS SHIPPED AIR MAIL!
There are no content labels on any of the merchandise. There is a copyright seal that is required.
The usual delivery time of First Class Mail is from 2-7 days. AIR MAIL takes from 2-4 weeks depending upon customs.
NO OVERNIGHT option is currently available.
I Haven't Received My Package Yet.
How long have you waited for the package? If you think it's longer than the usual expected delivery time, please write to me here and I can check the date of when the package was sent email@example.com and we can always reship the package to you! Mail does get stolen and/or lost! We like to give U.S. orders at least 10 business days for arrival - International AIR MAIL orders 3 weeks.
Please be aware that some international deliveries do get caught up in customs! It happens very INfrequently...probably one out of every one hundred packages sent overseas. It may be necessary for us to reship the package. We have no control over customs - we do our best to assure prompt delivery.
I Received My Package, But There Is a Problem...
It's the wrong video! Well, sometimes this happens! Just alert us to the situation and we can rectify the problem! email to firstname.lastname@example.org
There is something wrong with the video when I play it.....no audio, video missing.... Please write to us here and let us know the problem! email@example.com
It's not what I expected: Unless there is something physically wrong with the tape (destroyed upon mailing, audio problems etc.) there are absolutely NO returns on tapes.
****NEVER EVER EVER RETURN A TAPE TO US UNLESS WE ASK YOU TO! If you have a tape that was destroyed during shipping, has an audio problem, etc. please do not return it to us! We WILL NOT credit the postage to you if you do!
